You will learn how to communicate more effectively, support families through emotional transitions, and create safer, more thoughtful environments during the move.

About the Instructor
Tony Farah is a real estate professional, educator, and advocate with a deep personal commitment to serving families with special needs. His approach to real estate has always been rooted in people first service, empathy, and clear communication.
Tonyā€™s work is personal. As a husband to a teacher and a father of two young boys, he understands the unique considerations families face when buying or selling a home. After his family received an autism diagnosis, Tony experienced firsthand how difficult it was to find professionals who truly understood the needs of families with special needs. That experience became the foundation for his mission.
Today, more than 20 percent of Tonyā€™s business comes from serving families with special needs. The Special Needs Specialist course was created to share the real world knowledge, tools, and perspective Tony has developed so more professionals can show up prepared, confident, and compassionate.
Join the SNS Pilot Program
The Special Needs Specialist course was created from lived experience and a deep commitment to better supporting families with special needs. This pilot program is an opportunity to be part of that mission as the course comes to life.
The course is currently in production and will officially launch in January 2026. We are opening a limited pilot program to 50 participants who want early access and are willing to grow alongside the program as it is completed.
As a pilot participant, you will receive full access to the course upon launch, along with ongoing communication and updates as modules are finalized. We will stay closely connected with you throughout the process so you always know what to expect.
